Facility Tours are available Monday through Thursday at Southeastern Health & Wellness Institute! We would love to tour you around! You will BEGIN your tour at 100 Executive Center Drive Suite 110 Columbia SC 29210 - and we will take you on the full journey around campus! Enjoy!

Enrollment Documentation Needed:
- Enrollment Agreement/Student Contract & FERPA Form (May be completed through your Student Portal on our website!)
- $100.00 Registration Fee
- Two (2) forms of government Issued ID & Copy of High School Diploma, GED, or Transcript (May be completed through your Student Portal on our website!)
- Complete Student Aptitude Test (May be completed through your Student Portal on our website!)
If planning on utilizing Financial Aid through the U.S. Department of Education, please complete your FAFSA at www.studentaid.gov using our SCHOOL CODE 042739
If planning on utilizing VA benefits through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, please get a copy of your COE (Certificate of Eligibility) to us prior to your start date.
Tour for Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Pharmacy Technician, Clinical Medical Assisting, and Phlebotomy.
Tour for Esthetics, Cosmetology, and Nail Technician.
