Cancellation Policy: Memberships may be cancelled at any time after the three-month minimum by submitting a written request via email to [email protected].

Service Rollover: We value your patronage! Unused services may roll over to the following month, allowing you added flexibility in enjoying your benefits.

Membership Term: All memberships are set up for 12 months, unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Procedure: To cancel your membership, you must email [email protected] directly. Cancellations cannot be processed verbally or at the front desk.

Non-Transferable: Membership benefits, including service credits and product discounts, are non-transferable and may not be shared with other individuals.
